The products of grade A335 are produced following all standard ASME, ASTM, and API standards. The ASTM A335 P91 Pipe is made up of major constituents of 0.40% of nickel, 8%-9.50% of chromium, 0.85%-1.05% of molybdenum, 0.30%-0.60%. Apart from these, there are also few elements, which are present in small traces. The ASTM A335 Grade P91 Steel Pipe is specially designed, with exceptional strength and corrosion resistance properties. These pipes possess good creep resistances properties as it is made by normalizing at 1050 °C. The Low Alloy ASTM A335 P91 Pipe Material comprises of excellent alloying materials. These materials give its products exceptional hardness and enhanced mechanical properties. The Steel Grade P91 Chrome Moly Pipe is an example of this low alloy pipe material. These pipes have a tensile strength of a minimum 585Mpa and yield strength of a minimum 415Ksi. UNS K91560 Chrome Pipe can be easily elongated by a minimum of 20% and still have good working potential. These pipes unlike, the other pipes in this grade, cannot exceed hardness by 250 HB. This is possible as the ASTM A335 P91 Alloy Steel Pipe has high-oxidation temperatures and can be produced with less thickness compared to its predecessors. This reduces welding time as well as reduces requirements of filler material. We are the leading A335 P91 Pipe suppliers in India. We thrive to supply high-quality products across the country at reasonable rates.
The P91 Seamless Pipe is produced without the requirement of welds and is very strong from the outset. These pipes are not dimensionally accurate but they give better performance compared to the welded pipes. The SA 335 gr P91 Seamless Pipe is specialized for large diameter pipe sizes. The material used in making these pipes makes them a little expensive. These pipes are available in sizes of 1/8NB to 24NB. AS ASTM A335 gr P91 Seamless Pipe is available with an outer diameter of 19.05mm-114.3mm. They can be availed in rectangular, square, and round, hydraulic, and custom shapes. The SA335 gr P91 High Temperature Seamless Pipe, compared to the pipes of the previous grade can endure high temperatures. These pipes can suffice in temperatures ranging up to 600 degrees C. An NBR 5603 P91 High Pressure Pipe is widely used in industries and refineries. These pipes are coated with a layer of epoxy, Fpe, galvanized, or annealed to protect the pipe from corrosion. This allows the Alloy P91 ASTM A335 High Pressure Pipe to be easily cleaned and fixed in case of any breaks or leaks suffered by the pipe. These pipes are available in lengths up to 16000mm, which can be customized on request. Steel Grade P91 ASTM A335 Pipe is widely used in oil services, petrochemical industries, boilers, heaters, power generation, refineries, reheat lines, etc. The SA335 P91 IBR Pipe is manufactured following all material grades, dimensions, and pressure classes set by the Indian Boiler Regulation in the country. We are amongst the P91 Pipe suppliers who can customize all our products in different shapes and sizes as per your requirements.
The SA335P91 Boiler Steel Pipe is widely used in industrial boilers and in different high-temperature and pressure systems. They are available in lengths of 4,000mm to 26,000mm depending on the size of the pipe. The ASTM A335 gr P91 Round Pipe is available in single, double or cut end lengths. These pipes come with a plain, threaded or beveled end to protect them during transportation. The Ferritic Alloy Steel ASTM A335P91 Pipe is available with a wall thickness of 3mm-12mm. They are available in different schedules of sizes 40, 80, 160, XS, and XXS. The ASTM A335 P91 Alloy Steel Smls Pipe tolerances are increased by 0.0lmm when it is cold-drawn and 0.05mm when it is cold-rolled. All international and national standards are followed while producing the Alloy Steel SA 335 P91 Smls Pipe. These pipes possess good strength, which doesn’t degrade with time. The pipes are highly durable and don’t require high-maintenance. We make use of the best ASTM A335 P91 steel Material and the latest technology while producing all our products.
