They have a minimum tensile strength of 760Mpa and a minimum yield strength of 350Mpa. They can be elongated by 40% and still possess excellent workability. The ASTM B333 Hastelloy B3 Plate possesses superior resistance to hydrochloric acids and various sulphuric concentrations compared to the plates of the B2 grade. They exhibit good thermal stability in different environments. The 2.4600 Hastelloy B3 Sheet can be availed in half, smooth, quarter hard, and spring hard, hardness types. These sheets can be easily cold or hot rolled to give them desired properties to suit different applications. The Hastelloy B3 Alloy Strip shows resistance against knife-line and heat-affected zones attacks. They are not advised to be used in environments containing cupric salts and ferritic salts. The ASME SB333 UNS N10665 Coil is a preferred choice in construction and manufacturing systems. These coils can be used to weld and form pipes, tubes, sheets, and so on in the piping systems. In the UNS N010675 Foil, tools are tightly wrapped in industrial systems as they are heat treated. They prevent heat loss during conductions. #1 Hastelloy B2 Plate–Hot rolled annealed and descaled. It is available in strip, foil and ribbon. It is used for applications where a smooth decorative finish is not required.
#2D Hastelloy B2 Plate–Dull finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling. Used for deep drawn parts and those parts that need to retain lubricants in the forming process.
#2B Hastelloy B2 Plate–Smooth finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling. A light cold rolling pass is added after anneal with polished rolls giving it a brighter finish than 2D.

#2 Hastelloy B2 Plate-Cold Rolled
#2BA Hastelloy B2 Plate–Smooth finish produced by cold rolling and bright annealing. A light pass using highly polished rolls produces a glossy finish. A 2BA finish may be used for lightly formed applications where a glossy finish is desired in the formed part.
