Plates are available in various alloys and metals. These alloys are further classified into various grades. One such type is of Hastelloy C22 Plate. Although the alloy used in manufacturing these pipes is work hardened. Hastelloy C22 plate suppliers can successfully deep draw, spin, press form, or punch these alloys. Though they are ductile and can be formed by cold working. Alloy C22 Plate needs to be intermittently hardened due to its quality of work hardening. 1232 degrees C is the recommended start temperature for hot forming. Whereas 945 degrees C is the recommended finish temperature.
2.4602 Hastelloy C22 Sheet is resistant to pitting and corrosion. The higher the number the better the resistance toward corrosion. It is used in fluid processing equipment, ASTM B575 Alloy C22 Strip is used in the desulfurization flue gas. It is also used in various seawater applications. It also resists intergranular corrosion cracking and stress corrosion cracking. ASME SB575 C22 Hastelloy Coilis available in different thicknesses ranging from 0.038 to 0.141. They are also available in lighter gauges up to 12 inches. The size range of these sheets varies between 6mm to 120 mm.
Hastelloy UNS N06022 Hot Rolled Plate has good resistance to oxidation along with good creep resistance. They are considered ideal for use in applications with temperatures above 540 degrees C. JIS NW 6022 Plate is said to be metallurgically stable. It is not affected by the heating and welding process and does not get sensitized. The submerged arc welding method is not advisable to be used for welding Alloy C22 Hastelloy Foil. any other welding method can be used. The price of these plates in India starts from Rs. 2,515. It is the cheapest when compared to other manufacturing countries.

#1 Hastelloy C22 Sheet–Hot rolled annealed and descaled. It is available in strip, foil and ribbon. It is used for applications where a smooth decorative finish is not required.
#2D Hastelloy C22 Sheet–Dull finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling. Used for deep drawn parts and those parts that need to retain lubricants in the forming process.
#2B Hastelloy C22 Sheet–Smooth finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling. A light cold rolling pass is added after anneal with polished rolls giving it a brighter finish than 2D.

#2 Hastelloy C22 Sheet-Cold Rolled
#2BA Hastelloy C22 Sheet–Smooth finish produced by cold rolling and bright annealing. A light pass using highly polished rolls produces a glossy finish. A 2BA finish may be used for lightly formed applications where a glossy finish is desired in the formed part.
