The Sheet Alloy 800ht is designed with a density of 8.47 g/cm3. These alloys possess enhanced creep and rupture resistance properties. They can easily suffice in high temperatures up to 600 degrees C. The ASTM B409 UNS N08811 can be easily machined by standard procedures and is employed widely in sulfur-reducing environments. They show good resistance in aqueous conditions at moderate temperatures. ASME SB 409 UNS N08811 is very ductile and needs to be annealed for services, which are below the temperatures of 110 degrees F. They are easy to maintain and have a long service life. #1 Incoloy 800HT Plate–Hot rolled annealed and descaled. It is available in strip, foil and ribbon. It is used for applications where a smooth decorative finish is not required.
#2D Incoloy 800HT Plate–Dull finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling. Used for deep drawn parts and those parts that need to retain lubricants in the forming process.
#2B Incoloy 800HT Plate–Smooth finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling. A light cold rolling pass is added after anneal with polished rolls giving it a brighter finish than 2D.

#2 Incoloy 800HT Plate-Cold Rolled
#2BA Incoloy 800HT Plate–Smooth finish produced by cold rolling and bright annealing. A light pass using highly polished rolls produces a glossy finish. A 2BA finish may be used for lightly formed applications where a glossy finish is desired in the formed part.
