The Incoloy 825 material is a nickel-iron-chromium austenitic alloy with molybdenum, copper, and titanium. It is known for providing exceptional resistance in oxidizing and reducing environments. The Incoloy 825 Plate also offers excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and pitting. The alloy is quite stable against sensitization due to the presence of titanium in it. When the alloy is exposed at a temperature range that would sensitize unstable stainless steel, the Incoloy 825 products show excellent resistance to intergranular attacks on getting exposed there. The material of the Incoloy 825 plate is a nickel-based alloy, which is readily formidable and weldable by some standard procedures. The Inconel 825 plate possesses some good mechanical properties from the cryogenic to the moderately high-temperature range. However, when the material is exposed to a temperature above 540 degrees C, its microstructure can change, resulting in lower ductility and reduced impact strength. However, the Alloy 825 sheet can be strengthened by using the process of cold work substantially. It has a good impact strength at room temperature and can retain it even at cryogenic temperatures.
We are one of India's top Incoloy 825 plate suppliers, offering our high-quality products to clients located worldwide. Due to the exceptional corrosion resistance properties of the Incoloy 825 material, it is widely used in industries like air pollution control, petrochemical, food processing, chemical, ore processing, waste disposal, and many more. The Alloy 825 plate also offers excellent resistance in several organic and inorganic acidic environments, like sulfuric, phosphoric, nitric, etc. It also shows corrosion resistance properties in alkaline environments such as acidic chloride and potassium hydroxide solutions.

#1 Incoloy 825 Plate–Hot rolled annealed and descaled. It is available in strip, foil and ribbon. It is used for applications where a smooth decorative finish is not required.
#2D Incoloy 825 Plate–Dull finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling. Used for deep drawn parts and those parts that need to retain lubricants in the forming process.
#2B Incoloy 825 Plate–Smooth finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling. A light cold rolling pass is added after anneal with polished rolls giving it a brighter finish than 2D.
#BA Incoloy 825 Plate-Bright annealed cold rolled and bright annealed
#CBA Incoloy 825 Plate-Course bright annealed cold rolled matte finish and bright anneal
#2 Incoloy 825 Plate-Cold Rolled
#2BA Incoloy 825 Plate–Smooth finish produced by cold rolling and bright annealing. A light pass using highly polished rolls produces a glossy finish. A 2BA finish may be used for lightly formed applications where a glossy finish is desired in the formed part.
Polished-Various grit finish for specific polish finished requirements.
