Inconel 601 grade is an engineering material, which has high tolerances in various mediums. The Inconel 601 Plate is made with good concertation of nickel and alloy which allows it to resist corrosion in temperatures up to 2200 degrees F. These plates have excellent ductility and retain it after long service hours. They are available in sizes between 0.5mm to 76.2mm. The Inconel Alloy 601 Sheet exhibits excellent mechanical properties and superior hardness. These sheets possess a minimum tensile strength of 650Mpa and minimum yield strength of 300Mpa. They can be elongated by 30% and still possess good workability. UNS N06601 Strip is used in various industries where strength and precision are very important. These strips are very versatile and can be welded and machined with ease. We are the leading Inconel 601 Plate suppliers. We aim to supply the best products, which are available at reasonable rates.
The Alloy 601 Coil is produced with a density of 8.1 g/cm3. These coils have a melting point in the range of 1320-1370 degrees C. They are available in different schedules and thicknesses. DIN 2.4851 Sheet Coil is highly resistant against carburization. These coils perform well under severe thermal and cyclic conditions. They are very durable and can suffice for long periods. A Nickel Alloy 601 Shim sheet is a thin strip of sheet, which provides structural support to the system. These sheets can be installed in washers to allow material to be fixed easily and reduce wear. The Inconel 601 Sheet can be customized like all our products in different chemical compositions, shapes, and sizes as per the requirements of our clients.
The Inconel 6601 Hot Rolled Plate is processed at high temperatures in mills. These plates possess good strength and are known for their excellent dimensional accuracy. The Inconel 601 Cold Rolled Plate is formed after the hot-rolling process. These plates possess an enhanced surface finish and superior chemical properties. All our products are produced using cutting-edge technology and the best raw materials. If you have any queries or want to get a quote on our products, contact us to know more.

#1–Hot rolled annealed and descaled. It is available in strip, foil and ribbon. It is used for applications where a smooth decorative finish is not required.
#2D–Dull finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling. Used for deep drawn parts and those parts that need to retain lubricants in the forming process.
#2B–Smooth finish produced by cold rolling, annealing and descaling. A light cold rolling pass is added after anneal with polished rolls giving it a brighter finish than 2D.
#BA-Bright annealed cold rolled and bright annealed
#CBA-Course bright annealed cold rolled matte finish and bright anneal
#2-Cold Rolled
#2BA–Smooth finish produced by cold rolling and bright annealing. A light pass using highly polished rolls produces a glossy finish. A 2BA finish may be used for lightly formed applications where a glossy finish is desired in the formed part.
Polished-Various grit finish for specific polish finished requirements.
