The alloy 317L is made from low-carbon austenitic steel. The Stainless Steel 317L Pipe/ Tube is made up of a high concentration of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum in its composition. The high concentration of chromium gives this grade extra corrosion resistance compared to the 316 grade. The Stainless Steel 317L Pipe has superior resistance against chloride pitting and crevice corrosion. These pipes have a good density of 8 gm/cm3 and can be elongated by at least 35% due to their excellent mechanical properties. Both the 317 and 317L Stainless Steel Pipe is designed with excellent strength and corrosion resistance. The 317L has slightly better welding properties due to the low carbon in its composition. We are the leading 317L Stainless Steel Pipe supplier in the country. The mission of our institution is to produce the best products at reasonable rates for all.
The SS 317L Tube is available in ASTM, ASME, and API dimensions. Each of these tubes is available in different schedules to meet specific requirements. The 317L Stainless Steel Tubing has good formability and is widely used in power generations, condensers, petrochemical industries, etc. Pipes and tubes are usually produced through welding or a seamless process. The 317L SS Seamless Pipe is designed with a tensile strength of minimum 75000psi and yield strength of a minimum of 30000psi. They are available in lengths up to 30 meters. The UNS S31703 Welded Pipe has an outer diameter of 6-610mm. These pipes are produced after welding steel sheets together. They are durable and easy to maintain. The WNR. 1.4438 ERW Pipe is produced with a series of steel coils, which are fusion welded either spirally or longitudinally. They are known for their high and low-frequency resistance. All our products including the ASTM A312 TP 317L Polished Pipe can be custom designed as per your requirements.
The Stainless Steel Grade 317L Round Pipe is the most commonly used pipe in this grade. These pipes are extremely strong and have a melting point of 1454 degrees C. To give it a specific shape, the SS grade 1.4438 Rectangular Pipe is welded in the interior. These pipes are formed using a series of coils after passing them through a die. For versatile functions, the AISI 317L Square Pipe is widely used. These pipes can fit in flat, and uneven surfaces that are difficult to access. With a thickness of 0.5mm-30mm, the 1.4438 SS 317L Schedule 40 Pipe is used in both high pressure and low-pressure systems. These pipes possess a smooth interior giving them added corrosion resistance. If you have any queries or want to know more about the Stainless Steel 317L Pipe/ Tube, contact us for more information.
